If you have a question or experience an issue, the best place to get started is this Wiki documentation. This documentation contains sections, FAQs, best practices, and steps based on the experiences and feedback of past and current registry sponsors. Listed below are helpful resources that cover the most common questions and issues and how to address them, including:

If you are still unable to find answers, you can turn to our two external resources including:

  • PEER Support Forum: a place where both administrators (registry sponsors) and participants post questions and answers
  • PEER Help Center: a place where both administrators (registry sponsors) and participants can report issues, suggest features, and request customer service report.

When reporting issues in the Help Center, please follow the guidelines listed in the "How to Report Issues" page.

While we do not offer customer service support to all sponsors, we do provide customer support as part of membership in the PEER Consortium. The Consortium is a network of current registry sponsors who determine the strategic priorities for the platform's development and growth, and receive a package of benefits including trainings and tools for community-led research using their PEER registries, and a specified amount of customer support while using the platform. For more information about the Consortium, please see the information here.
